Can I place a deposit or reserve a booking?

We require payment in full upon booking a session either though the online booking portal or via the payment link provided by the Customer Services team.

Your booking is not guaranteed until payment is made in full.

We can accommodate groups of 2 to 200, dependant on the experience you want.  For large groups please fill out the booking enquiry form on our Corporate Hire page or email us with all the details at hello@whistlepunks.com

We will provide bespoke packages and offers to suit your needs. This can include exclusive lane packages, added food and drink to full venue hire.

Absolutely, if there’s availability, you can book for the same day online or in venue. However, we do always recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Gift voucher/certificate
At the last stage of booking, click on the “Gift Certificate” button instead of entering payment card details.

Enter your Gift voucher code (begins with a G) and hit apply to redeem the certificate balance against the invoice total. If there is any balance remaining after the booking is made, this can be redeemed later and by the expiry date of the gift certificate. 

If the gift certificate balance isn’t enough to cover the whole transaction amount, you can make a payment via credit card for the rest. You are able to use more than one gift voucher to clear the balance of a booking.

Discount/promo code
Add this into the “Promo Code” box when selecting the time and date of your session.

My code still isn’t working!
If the problem persists, contact us at hello@whistlepunks.com and provide the code you are trying to use, we will check the validity of the code and get back to you.

Quick Flings and Social Tickets 
We will happily reschedule or refund your booking up until 14 days before your event. We are unable to offer a refund after this time.

Full Swings, Private Lanes & private lane packages
We will happily reschedule or refund your booking up until 28 days before your event. We are unable to refund or reschedule after this time.

Custom events and venue hire-outs
We are unable to reschedule custom events and venue hire-outs, but will happily refund 50% of the total value of your booking up until 28 days before your event. We are unable to refund after this time.

*Bookings with paid Ticket Protection (no longer offered)
These are eligible for a refund or reschedule up to 24 hours ahead of the session. (10 days notice required for bookings taking place between 27th Nov & 31st Dec).
